Il manoscritto è appartenuto alla biblioteca di Isaac Samuel da Reggio (1784-1855). I ff. 14r, 18r, 24v, 25r, 25v, 28v sono bianchi. Al f. 1r è trasmessa la tavola astronomica in giudeo-italiano, copiata in una corsiva italiana da Yehudah Fariṣol, a Mantova nel 1499. Tale copista ha redatto nello stesso anno il Maʿaśeh keli ha-habaṭah ‘Trattato sull’astrolabio’ di Tolomeo tradotto da Solomon ben Elijah Šarbiṭ ha-Zahab (ff. 1v-2v), le Luḥot ‘Tavole astronomiche’ contenenti la lista di trentatré stelle e la latitudine e la longitudine di trenta città (ff. 3r-3v), il Takonet ha-kedur una ‘Lettera sulla sfera’ con diagrammi che illustrano il moto dei pianeti (ff. 4r-13v), il Laʿaśot ha-aṣṭrolabe ‘Trattato sull’astrolabio’ nella versione di Yosef Ṭaṭṣiq (14v-17r) e il capitolo 16 del Rovaʿ Yiśrael ‘Il Quadrante di Israele’ (1236 ca.) di Ibn Tibbon, Jacob ben Machir (f. 18v). Ai ff. 19r-24v è trasmesso il Sefer ben David composto da Leone Modena (1571-1648) per l’allievo Yosef Ḥamiṣ. Il testo è vergato in grafia rashi da un copista anonimo della prima metà del sec. XIX. Infine, ai ff. 26r-34v è trasmesso il testo poetico Ḳol Śimḥa, copiato da Simon Calimani in una corsiva italiana e in grafia quadrata, nel 1736/37 o nel 1741/42.

The manuscript belonged to the library of Isaac Samuel of Reggio (1784-1855). The ff. 14r, 18r, 24v, 25r, 28v are blank. On f. 1r is the astronomical table in Judeo-Italian, copied in Italian cursive by Yehudah Fariṣol, in Mantua in 1499. This copyist compiled in the same year the Maʿaśeh keli ha-habaṭah “Treatise on the Astrolabe” by Ptolemy translated by Solomon ben Elijah Šarbiṭ ha-Zahab (ff. 1v-2v), the Luḥot “Astronomical Tables” containing the list of thirty-three stars and the latitude and longitude of thirty cities (ff. 3r-3v), the Takonet ha-kedur a “Letter on the Sphere” with diagrams illustrating the motion of the planets (ff. 4r-13v), the Laʿaśot ha-aṣṭrolabe “Treatise on the Astrolabe” in the version by Yosef Ṭaṭṣiq (14v-17r) and chapter 16 of the Rovaʿ Yiśrael “The Quadrant of Israel” (c. 1236) by Ibn Tibbon, Jacob ben Machir (f. 18v). On ff. 19r-24v is transmitted the Sefer ben David composed by Leo Modena (1571-1648) for his pupil Yosef Ḥamiṣ. The text is written in Rashi script by an anonymous copyist in the first half of the 19th century. Finally, ff. 26r-34v transmits the poetic text Ḳol Śimḥa, copied by Simon Calimani in an Italian italic script and in square handwriting, in 1736/37 or 1741/42.
