Il codice è descritto dal catalogo Margoliouth (1899-1935, 217-218), e trasmette un siddur giudeo-italiano. La scrittura, vocalizzata, è una quadrata rabbinica italiana. Colophon a f. 147v: "כתבתי אני ישראל בכ"ר אליעזר ... והשלמתיו פה הר אלבודו למרת רבקה תמ"א היום יום א' בארבעה ועשרים לחדש תמוז שנת רמ"ג". יד מאוחרת שינתה את "רמ"ג" ל"קמ"ג", אלא שכ"ד בתמוז בשנת קמ"ג חל ביום חמישי ולא ביום ראשון: «Ho scritto io, Yiśraʾel ben Rav ʾEliʿezer [...] e l'ho completato qui, sul monte Albodo, per la signora Rivka, possa vivere a lungo, oggi, domenica 24 del mese di Tammuz dell'anno 543. Una mano successiva ha modificato erroneamente "543" in "643", ma il 24 di Tammuz dell'anno 643 cadeva di giovedì e non di domenica». Dal colophon, dunque, è possibile ricavare il nome del copista (Yiśraʾel ben Rav ʾEliʿezer), la data del completamento del manoscritto (24 luglio 1483), e la destinataria della traduzione (una non meglio identificata signora Rivka, nome ebraico per Rebecca).

Colophon on folio 147v: כתבתי אני ישראל בכ"ר אליעזר ... והשלמתיו פה הר אלבודו למרת רבקה תמ"א היום יום א' בארבעה ועשרים לחדש תמוז שנת רמ"ג". יד מאוחרת שינתה את "רמ"ג" ל"קמ"ג", אלא שכ"ד בתמוז בשנת קמ"ג חל ביום חמישי ולא ביום ראשון:  «I, Yiśraʾel ben Rav ʾEliʿezer, have written it […] and completed it here on Mount Albodo for Mrs. Rivka, may she live long, on this day, Sunday, the 24th of the month of Tammuz in the year 543. A later hand altered 543 into 643, yet the 24th of Tammuz in the year 643 fell on a Thursday rather than on a Sunday». Thus, from the colophon it is possible to ascertain the scribe’s name (Yiśraʾel ben Rav ʾEliʿezer), the completion date of the manuscript (24 July 1483), and the addressee of the translation (an otherwise unidentified Mrs. Rivka, the Hebrew form of Rebecca).
