Menologio. Il codice, di grande formato, rifilato e in parte palinsesto, costituisce il primo volume del noto menologio in scrittura di Reggio completato dallo skeuophylax Daniele  sabato 2 settembre del 1307, come si evince dalla sottoscrizione apposta al f. 265r. Si compone di un ternione mutilo, ventotto quaternioni dei quali uno con un foglio aggiunto (ff. 257-265). Contiene testi premetafrastici, metafrastici e Vite di santi calabresi e siciliani. La scrittura distintiva è una maiuscola di tipo alessandrino. Il corredo ornamentale comprende numerose e brevi fasce geometriche e stilizzate o fitomorfe ad andamento sinuoso (ff. 1r, 58r, 62r, 63v, 70v, 76r, 105v, 107v, 116v, 120r, 132r, 142r, 144r, 148v, 152r, 153v, 156v, 200v, 205r, 209v, 212v, 215r, 222v, 227r, 232v, 235r, 236v, 242v, 245v, 258r, 262v); iniziali piccoli, a tratto pieno, o maggiori con appendici e riccioli vegetali. Si distingue la miniatura al f. 15r, campita con cromie brillanti, ma in parte evanida, raffigurante Cristo a mezzo busto, benedecente e con il rotolo stretto nella mano sinistra, affiancato, ai lati del capo nimbato, da due figurette in volo, gli arcangeli Michele e Gabriele. Essa sembra ricomporre l’iniziale M che segna l’incipit del testo Μεγάλαι καὶ ποικίλαι τῆς ἀσωμάτου… preceduto da una sottile fascia con estremità zoomorfe e dalla rubrica Διήγησις τῶν παμμεγίστων θαυμάτων τῶν ἁγίων ἀσωμάτων ἀρχαγγέλων Μιχαὴλ καὶ Γαβριήλ (Michael Archangelus. Miracula a. Pantoleone diacono Constantinopolitano).

Menology. The codex, of large format, trimmed and partly palimpsest, constitutes the first volume of the well-known menology in the Reggio script completed by the skeuophylax Daniele on Saturday 2 September 1307, as can be deduced from the signature on f. 265r. It consists of a mutilated ternion and twenty-eight quaternions, one of which has an added folio (ff. 257-265). It contains pre-metaphrastic and metaphrastic texts and Lives of Calabrian and Sicilian saints. The distinctive script is an Alexandrian-type capital letter. The ornamental equipment includes numerous short geometric and stylised or phytomorphic bands with a sinuous course (ff. 1r, 58r, 62r, 63v, 70v, 76r, 105v, 107v, 116v, 120r, 132r, 142r, 144r, 148v, 152r, 153v, 156v, 200v, 205r, 209v, 212v, 215r, 222v, 227r, 232v, 235r, 236v, 242v, 245v, 258r, 262v); small, full-stroke initials or larger ones with appendages and plant curls. The miniature on f. 15r stands out, painted in bright colours, but partly evanescent, depicting Christ half-length, blessing and holding the scroll in his left hand, flanked on either side of his nimbed head by two flying figures, the archangels Michael and Gabriel. It seems to recompose the initial M that marks the incipit of the text Μεγάλαι καὶ ποικίλαι τῆς ἀσωμάτου... preceded by a thin band with zoomorphic ends and the heading Διήγησις τῶν παμμεγίστων θαυμάτων τῶν ἁγίων ἀσωμάτων ἀρχαγγέλων Μιχαὴλ καὶ Γαβριήλ (Michael Archangelus. Miracula a. Pantoleone diacono Constantinopolitano).
