Il codice trasmette la sezione della Torah, la prima delle tre parti in cui è suddiviso il Tanak. La seconda e la terza parte (Neviʾim e Ketuvim) sono conservate al JThS di New York e alla Bodleian Library di Oxford, rispettivamente con le segnature: Adler 2291 e Canonici Oriental 11. Una descrizione materiale del manufatto è contenuta nel catalogo Neubauer (1886, no. 168), con degli addenda in Beit-Arié, Malachi/R.A. May (1994, no. 168). Il codice è databile alla seconda metà del sec. XVI; sembrano individuabili le medesime mani A e B del secondo volume del ms. Adler 2291.

The codex transmits the Torah section, the first of the three parts into which the Tanak is divided. The second and third parts (Neviʾim and Ketuvim) are preserved at the JThS in New York and at the Bodleian Library in Oxford, respectively with the shelf-marks: Adler 2291 and Canonici Oriental 11. A material description of the manuscript is contained in the Neubauer catalogue (1886, no. 168), with addenda in Beit-Arié, Malachi/R.A. May (1994, no. 168). The codex can be dated to the second half of the 16th century; the same A and B hands of the second volume of the ms. Adler 2291 seem to be identifiable.
